MORAL MOULD 85P

  • 85% alumina, phosphate bonded plastic refractory.

  • Maximum Temperature Rating 17000C

MORAL MOULD 85P has high strength and density combined with excellent volume stability throughout its entire temperature range. It displays non-wetting characteristics to provide outstanding resistance to erosion from slag and metal wash.

Thermal Ceramics Australia produces a range of mouldables in both wet and dry form. These materials are generally rammed, hand packed or gunned into place. Excellent thermal shock resistance throughout their temperature range, coupled with good abrasion, slag and spall tance make these materials ideal in many industrial applications.

Strict adherence to quality control measures has enabled each Thermal Ceramics Australia location to gain AS3902/IS09002 quality standard accreditation. All products are manufactured according to these tight standards, ensuring consistent high quality.
