MORAL HICAST 90T

90% alumina, low cement castable based on sintered alumina

Maximum Temperature Rating 18000C

MORAL HICAST 90T exhibits superior physical properties to conventional ultra-high alumina castables, including low porosity and excellent thermal shock and abrasion resistance.

Thermal Ceramics Australia produces a complete range of low cement castables up to 90% alumina content. These products, incorporating very closely controlled grain sizing and special additives, give excellent strength, high hot load capability and low porosity. They also show very good chemical attack and thermal shock resistance.

Strict adherence to quality control measures has enabled each Thermal Ceramics Australia location to gain AS3902/IS09002 quality standard accreditation. All products are manufactured according to these tight standards, ensuring consistent high quality.
